We kept seeing the same gap. So we built a firm to close it.
FLOWKNOT — Value Creation Partners. We connect Operations with Financial Reality to generate more Throughput, more Cash and more Profit from the resources the businesses already have.
Why FLOWKNOT exists
So FLOWKNOT was built around a single discipline: treat the factory and the finance function as one system, not two departments that happen to share a P&L. When that discipline is missing, operational wins stay abstract. When it's in place, they convert — visibly, in Throughput and cash, not just on a dashboard.
The Partners Behind FLOWKNOT
FLOWKNOT was built from two sides: Operations and Finance.

Darius comes from the Flow side of the business. A TOC-certified consultant with more than 25 years of international experience, he brings two rare competencies that together help companies turn capacity into results.
1. Seeing the business as a system. He works directly with leadership teams, using a hands-on approach to identify the constraint, improve end-to-end flow, establish the right priorities and convert available capacity into additional Throughput, cash and profit.
2. Business psychology and player-coach in negotiations. Systems only deliver when people do. He understands how rules, KPIs and management decisions shape behaviour—and how that behaviour affects business flow. He helps teams align priorities and measures around the performance of the whole system. He acts as a player-coach: in the room, at the table, leading and coaching through real deals.
His experience spans manufacturing, supply chains, retail and multi-project environments, and he serves as a Senior Adviser on EBRD projects in Central Asia, supporting business transformation and performance improvement.

Igor is a finance executive with more than 25 years of CFO experience, building and scaling finance functions in fast-growing international businesses across Europe and the USA. He brings two rare competencies that together help companies finance growth, protect margins and make better financial decisions.
1. Banking from the inside. As a former Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and CFO of First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB), a leading private bank in Ukraine, Igor is an expert in how banks really work—how they assess risk, structure products, price them and make decisions. He helps companies choose the banking products that fit their business—including loans, guarantees, factoring, leasing, cash management and interest/FX hedging—and negotiate from a position of knowledge. He knows the logic on the other side of the table.
2. Finance connected to manufacturing and business flow. Igor knows how finance must connect to manufacturing—raw materials, work in progress, inventory, production capacity, pricing and cash. When finance operates separately from production, companies can make decisions that look right in the accounts but damage the business. Igor identifies where these links break and connects financial decisions with production reality, assessing pricing, product mix and investment through their impact on Throughput, capacity, cash flow and profitability.
His career includes CFO roles at FUIB and Renaissance Credit Bank, and senior finance roles at The Gillette Company across the USA, Ukraine and Europe, covering manufacturing, supply chain and distribution operations. Today, he advises founders, investors and leadership teams on strategy, fundraising, M&A and enterprise valuation.
We combine Flow Management and Financial Reality to answer four questions:
And when a solution requires additional specialist expertise — Investment banking, technology, AI, ERP or another field — we bring the right experts into the project rather than pretending that two people can be experts in everything.
Two perspectives. One business system.
One measure of success: Financial Gain.
